Affordable Art Fair Tours . June 12-15

Glowlab Founder and Curatorial Director Christina Ray will be conducting complementary, one-on-one tours with individual private collectors at The Affordable Art Fair in Manhattan, June 12 - 15, 2008.
Affordable Art Fair NYC is the place for new and established collectors to discover and buy paintings, drawings, sculptures, video, photography and limited edition prints from distinguished galleries, all priced from $100 - $10,000. This year the Fair will host more than 70 galleries from the US, Europe, Asia, Canada and South America.
Featured Glowlab artist Beka Goedde will have work on display at The Affordable Art Fair with Like The Spice Gallery, including new works on paper.

Providing collectors and clients VIP access to the latest art industry events and information is part of Glowlab’s mission to create engaging experiences between collectors, artists, and the art world at large. To assist collectors in building a contemporary art collection, Ray will consult on important collecting decisions, inform tour participants of emerging artists of interest, and provide a purchasing proposal tailored tailored to individual collecting budgets in advance of stepping into the art fairs. Ray will then assist collectors in acquiring original and limited-edition works pre- and post-art fairs as well as on-site.
Ray has previously directed walking tours for collectors, conference attendees and the public through her urban art festival, Conflux, and through Glowlab’s gallery and project space. This unique approach to accessing emerging and established contemporary art is distinctly Glowlab and Ray is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and experience with new and seasoned collectors personally at these world-class art fairs this summer.

VIP passes and appointments are limited and reservations available upon a first-come, first-served basis. On-site tours will last one to two hours.
