Three weeks of renovation later, we’ve moved into Manhattan from Williamsburg, opening up our new gallery space in cool little storefront in SoHo. Our first group show is a preview of what’s to come, and features new works and projects by Jason Cantoro, CutUp, Beka Goedde, David Hamill, Alice Jarry, Heather L. Johnson, David Kesting, Roberto Mollá, Marisa Olson, Mark Price and Sal Randolph.

Our inaugural opening reception happens on Thursday, October 23rd, from 7 to 10pm and we want to see you there! Come out and warm our new house with a toast, meet our artists and help us bring some Brooklyn into the downtown art scene. Here’s how to find us.

Lab Report . September 2008

Here at Glowlab, “thirty grand” has nothing to do with the current financial crisis…it’s our new address. What used to be G & G Chinese Laundry & Dry Cleaning at 30 Grand Street in SoHo is now Glowlab’s second gallery space. We’re incredibly excited to open up shop in Manhattan! Renovations are underway, and we plan to launch our first group exhibition in early October [stay tuned for the exact date]. Our Williamsburg loft will remain open by appointment and for special events. In other news, we just wrapped up another successful Conflux Festival complete with incredible projects, interventions, performances and lectures. Read about 2008 festival here. Many many many thanks to everyone who helped out with Conflux and our big move into the city. We couldn’t do it without you and we can’t wait to welcome you to the new gallery very soon!
