ABOUT

see-sawGlowlab is an innovative art production studio and creative catalyst for contemporary urban art. Our represented artists, technologists and inspired thinkers are true social change agents, modeling progressive approaches to urban living through original works of art and compelling visual representations.

Glowlab is a forward-thinking model that advances a unique collective of artists by providing art consultation and guidance for both established and new collectors as well as museums and cultural organizations. We specialize in exhibitions that present spatial and social concepts related to cities and the urban environment. These avante-garde works and installations, rooted in the spirit of psychogeography, capture an individual artist’s observations and experiences living in a contemporary city and open a creative dialogue for interpreting everyday life, spontaneous interaction, and cultural moments in flux.

Founder Christina Ray curates and produces art projects, exhibitions and events at Glowlab’s gallery in Brooklyn and at off-site locations, partnering with host galleries and art organizations in New York City and internationally.

Glowlab has grown to become New York’s preeminent project-based gallery presenting cutting-edge contemporary artists exploring the convergence of art and technology.
